On July 14, 2013, Mr. Joseph Gladue of Saddle Lake passed away at the age of 81 years.  He is survived by 5 sons & 5 daughters, Bruce Gladue of Saddle Lake, Donna (Terry) Houle of Goodfish Lake, Joseph Gladue of Edmonton, Lorette Cardinal, Laura Gladue, Arthur (Brenda) Gladue, Cheryl Gladue all of Saddle Lake, Paul (Sherry) Gladue of Edmonton, Irvin Gladue & Edna (Dwayne) Gladue both of Saddle Lake; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren & great-great-grandchildren; 3 sisters & 2 brothers, Irene (Raymond) Cardinal, Louise Gladue, David Gladue, Ralph Gladue & Bertha Gladue; numerous nieces, nephews & all his relatives. He was predeceased by his wife, Gladys; 2 grandchildren, Bradley & Diane; great-grandchild, Cheyenne; great-great-grandson, Greyson; 2 sons, William & one in infancy; 6 daughters, Marlene, Verna, Suzie, Kathleen & 2 in infancy; 4 brothers, Pat, Gabriel, Vernon & George; sister, Charlotte. A Wake will be held Tuesday & Wednesday, July 16 & 17 at Ayiwakes Cultural Centre, Saddle Lake. A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, July 18 at 2:00 p.m. at Ayiwakes Cultural Centre, Saddle Lake. Reverend Father Gerard Gauthier will be officiating, with interment in Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Cemetery, Saddle Lake.
