On March 28, 2014, Mr. Jean-Rock Poulin of St. Paul passed away at the age of 78 years. He is survived by 4 brothers, Claude, Roger (Pat), Marc & Viateur (Jeanette); 7 sisters, Marie-Marthe Neveu, Dolores (Dominique) Paquin, Noelline (Arthur) Mireau, Eveline (Rod) Kaybidge, Suzanne (Robert) Estall, Normande (Rod) Tannis & Charlotte (Nick) Bendara; 3 sisters-in-law, Simone (Archie) MacPherson, Bernice (Ernest) Belanger & Therese Poulin. He was predeceased by his wife, Marie-Rose; children, Louise & Marcel; brothers, Yvan, Paul-Emile, Conrad & Noel. Memorial Service Monday, April 7 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Paul Cathedral, St. Paul, with Reverend Father Gerard Gauthier as celebrant. Cremation has taken place. I was so sorry to here of the passing of Jean. We met Jean when my mother was a resident at Extendicare. My mother was 98 years old and Jean helped her when they played Bingo. After my Mom passed away we stayed friends with Jean. When our choir sang at Extendicare he always seemed so pleased to see us. We will miss him.

My sister Diane Briscoe informed me of this delightful man’s passing. My mom was the mother that Jean-Rock helped play bingo. She felt he was a good friend. I know that Diane and Elaine will miss him as will his family. I only want to thank you as I never had a chance to thank Jean-Rock himself. The world still has wonderful people who help others. God bless you at this difficult time.
