A special thank you to the following:

Dr. Senecal, Dr. VanRooyen and Dr. DeVilliers who provided wonderful care and compassion not only to Jay but our whole family; all emergency and Second Floor nursing staff (for their excellent care and warm shoulders to cry on); Michelle Bespalko, Leanne Poulin and Home Care Nurses; Loretta Manning, Palliative Volunteers that sat with Jay; Amy Thomson, Pharmacist and Shauna Gates, Pharmacy Technician at the St. Therese Health Centre.

A heartfelt thank you to Leanne and staff at Grace Gardens for their warmth and kindness while graciously guiding us through our final preparation and celebration of Jay’s life.  We thank Pastor Kelly Sibley for his loving comfort during his hospital and home visits and the beautiful service he officiated.  A thank you to DAC Catering staff for the wonderful meal they prepared.
