My sympathy and prayer upon your loss of Jack. Have many fond memories of our time in 4 H together. He was always a strong competitor in showing off our animals. May your good memories carry you in these days of pain thru loss. May our Lord give you comfort.

To the entire Purificati family our condolences. Jack was like a younger brother to our Mom, Willma Sutton Blyth. We couldn’t think of a better steward of the land our grandfather William Sutton once farmed! Jack’s quiet, warm personaility was a blessing everytime we returned to the St. Lina area to visit.

Relation: Nephew
It was with sadness that Karolina & I heard of the passing of my uncle Jack. We have his memories and wish to pass our condolances to our aunt and cousins. We will meet with the family later when we arrive back in Canada. Our thoughts are with the family at this time.

Our deepest sympathy to the Purificati family.

Relation: Past 4-H members
I knew Mr. Purificati while I was a 4-H member in the district and he was always very friendly and helpful. A couple of years ago, we had a good visit while both waiting at the hospital and enjoyed many of the same 4-H memories. Our sincere sympathy to all.
