Obituary
On October 20, 2020, Mr. Herman “Achapee” Crier of Saddle Lake passed away peacefully at the age of 64 years. He is survived by his son, John (Stephanie McNab) Cryer; stepson, Brendan Starr; 7 grandchildren, Nautia, Johniya & Bazz Johnson, Herman Jr., & Johnnie Kashis Cryer, Demary & Jayleen McNab; sister, Alice (Guy) Callaghan; nephews & nieces, Mike Whitford, Harriet Whitford, Dorothy Whitford, Beaverbone Family from Hinton; Janice, Helen, Emily, Margo & Madeline; numerous other relatives. Herman was predeceased by his parents, Johnny & Helen; brothers, Dolphus, Alex Quinn, Charles, Mike, Melton, Emery & Harry; sisters, Cecelia Whitford, Sarah Gladue, Margaret Rose Cryer & Georgina M. Cryer. Special thanks to the Staff of Dr. J.P. Decosse Auxiliary for 34 years of watching & caring for Herman. A Private Wake & Funeral Service will be held at Ayiwakes Cultural Centre, Saddle Lake.
