So sorry to hear of the passing of Gordon(flash) been many years since I’d seen him. Remember in my teens and early 20s cutting wood shooting ducks and drinking good times. His booming voice will be heard in heaven for sure a good man

My condolences to the Lindberg family. Gordon was a “greeter” at Sunnyside. We truly enjoyed his humor and witty comments as we entered Sunnyside to visit my mom Olga Borchuk. He will be missed and fondly remembered. RIP Gord. No more pain! Blessings Pat Berlinguette and Olga Borchuk

Ah, shucks, we have lost a good man. Having known Gordon for for most of my life it is sad to see him passing away at a such a young age but I will remember all the good times I had with his humor and willingness to help others in their time of need. Oh, and his wild ponies.

I had the absolute pleasure of getting to know Gordon as my brother in law while my husband Morris was still alive. With our son’s being so young when Morris died I wanted them to be able to grow up knowing and having a relationship with their uncles Gordon and Roy. The relationship meant a lot to them. During our last visit in February Gordon told them that he has always considered them his own. The tears were really flowing then. Our hearts go out to Roy during this time as we know this is a very difficult time for him too.

As a kid, I recall Gordon’s sense of humour and listening in great delight to the stories he would tell. I remember Gordon as kind man with a good heart. Condolences to the Lindberg family.

My favorite times in my life and the things I will always remember are going out to the farm, Gordon would show us all the animals and we even seen a baby chick hatch once. And Roy would show us his huge garden and let us pick from it all the time. Loved going out there every single time. Me and my brothers Jacob and Josh love Gordon so much, always will.
