Obituary
On February 7, 2017, Mrs. Germaine Hunter of Mallaig passed away at the age of 69 years. She is survived by her loving husband of 50 years, Robert; 2 sons, John of Crossfield & Jeff (Amanda) of Mallaig; step-daughter, Karen (Rodney) Batson of Brandon, MB; grandson, James; 3 sisters & 2 brothers, Alice (Peter) Dutton of Airdrie, Marguerite (Henry) Tenz of Alberta Beach, Yvonne Gagne of Mallaig, Paul Catudal of Lloydminster & Roger Catudal (June Borle) of Stony Plain; sisters-in-law, Jenny & Lucille Catudal both of Mallaig; brother-in-law, Bill Derksen of Hay Lakes; & numerous nieces & nephews. She was predeceased by her parents, Magloire & Cecile Catudal; 2 brothers, Ernest & Alphonse; 4 sisters, Reta, Bertha, Clarida & Jeannette. Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, February 14 at 1:00 p.m. at Kingdom Hall, St. Paul. Cremation has taken place. Luncheon to follow at the St. Paul Seniors Centre.
