On December 20, 2011, Mr. Gary-Lee Lachance passed away at the age of 27 years. He is survived by his companion, Rhea Stanley; 2 children, Alazae & Mahigan; mother of his children, Joni Harris; mother, Pauline Lachance; father, Gary Moosewah; 4 brothers & 1 sister, Tyson Paul, Miles Paul, Regan Paul, Kendell Paul & Rusty (Lillian) Coyote; best friend, Stacey Moosepayo; grandparents, Roseanna Moses & Margaret Moosewah; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins & relatives. He was predeceased by his maternal grandparents & uncle, Leo Mountain. Wake Thursday & Friday, December 22 & 23 at Kehewin Rec Centre, Kehewin. Traditional Funeral Service Saturday, December 24 at 11:00 a.m. at Kehewin Rec Centre, Kehewin. Elder Harry Watchmaker officiating with interment in Kehewin Cemetery, Kehewin.

Gary was a funny guy, he gave me & my sister Marge nicknames to make fun of us. It was all in good humor though. He will be missed.

i miss you my son? there isnt a day that goes by that i do not think of you, with heavy saddness in my heart i pray that you are with kokum and mossum and that they are taking good care of you. it will be one year since you’ve gone on dec 20, 2012, it still feels like just yesterday! but dont worry i will always love you !
