Obituary
It is with deep sadness and heavy hearts that the family of Fred Howard Riske announce his passing on November 22, 2022, at the age of 88 years. He is survived by his children, Randall (Judy) Riske, Cindy Hanelt & James (Carmella) Riske; grandchildren, Brandy (Clayton) Szakacs, Matthew (Josephine) Riske, Rebecca Hanelt, Emily Hanelt, Alayna Riske & Olivia Riske; great-grandchildren, Kenzi Szakacs, Zander Szakacs & Norah Riske; son-in-law, Fred Harms; numerous other relatives. Fred was predeceased by his wife, Vera Riske; daughter, Katherine Harms; brother, Glen Grover; son-in-law, Robert Hanelt.
Fred was a hard working man who loved his wife and family very much. He also enjoyed working and making a living with metal. He will be greatly missed, especially his sense of humour. Fred’s family will be hosting a Memorial Service on Sunday, December 11, 2022 at 3:00 pm via Zoom (Meeting ID: 643 899 3604- password: Fred). The family wishes to thank the doctors and nursing staff at J.P. Decosse Auxiliary at the St. Therese Hospital for their care and compassion towards Fred in his final years before his passing.
