Obituary
On May 19, 2018, Mr. Frank Sloan of Ashmont passed away at the age of 61 years. He is survived by his loving wife, Maureen; 2 sons & 4 daughters, Chris (Sheena), Rebecca, Melanie (Tim) Lawton, Jessica (Shane) Murray, Frankie (Laura) & Lauren; 10 grandchildren, Colten, Andrew, Ryan, Erik, Allie, Robbie, Troy, Emma- Anne, Bailey & Rocky; great-grandson, Kaleb; siblings, Gay (Dwayne) Waye, Jean (Delbert) Cutshaw, Tim, Ryan (Mary-Anne) & Theresa McQueen; sister-in-law, Vernial; numerous nieces & nephews. He was predeceased by his first wife, Loretta; grandson, Adam; son-in-law, Jesse Miller; parents, Bennie & Bertha; brother, Dennis; sister-in-law, Cathy. A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, May 29 at 11:00 a.m. at The Ranch, 60112 RR104, County of St. Paul. Reverend Robert Wright will be officiating, with interment in Willow Grove Cemetery, Owlseye. He was one to actually take the ‘risk’ and in doing so opened a world of possibilities for his family, friends and the Albertans he served. His legacy will live on for generations.
