On March 22, 2023, Mrs. Fern Garneau of St. Paul passed away at the age of 72 years. She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Dennis; son, Geritt (Kamala); 2 grandchildren, Shaila & Varen; sister, Gloria (Dan) Gordon; sister-in-law, Monique Harasym; brother-in-law, Leonard Romano; numerous nieces & nephews. Fern was predeceased by her parents, Mary & Alex Harasym; daughter, Faye; 3 brothers, Jerry, Norman & John; 2 sisters, Noreen Romano & Olga (Henry) Kostyniuk; sister-in-law, Lillian Harasym. A private Funeral Service will be held at Grace Gardens Funeral Chapel, St. Paul. Reverend Father Andrij Nykyforuk will be officiating, with cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Paul Hospital Foundation (Palliative Care Room), Stollery Children’s Hospital Foundation, or Cross Cancer Institute c/o 5626 51 Street, St. Paul AB T0A 3A1.
