Obituary
On June 7, 2015, Mr. Eugene “Chopper” Samson of Saddle Lake passed away at the age of 54 years. He is survived by his daughter, Susan Marie Quinn (Tollie Thomas) of Nashville, Tennessee; wife, Judy Samson of Saskatoon, SK; 4 grandchildren, Tollie Jr., John & Kiara Thomas & Alicia McCallum; Father, Donnie Steinhauer of Saddle Lake; brother, Russell (Mary) Steinhauer; 7 sisters, Velma Anderson, Theresa (Peter) Jackson, Jackie (Clayton) Wahsatnow, Denice (Fred) Scanie, Tracy (Ricky) Whiskeyjack, Patsy (Gregory) Hysell & Anne (Wayne) Salopree; special aunt/mom, Irene Samson; numerous nieces, nephews & other relatives. He was predeceased by his mother, Mary Jane Samson; 3 sisters in infancy; paternal grandparents & maternal grandparents. A Wake will be held on Thursday & Friday, June 11 & 12 at Ayiwakes Cultural Centre, Saddle Lake. A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, June 13 at 12:00 p.m. at Ayiwakes Cultural Centre, Saddle Lake.
