Obituary
On January 24, 2017, Mr. Elmer Jules Half of Edmonton, formerly of Goodfish Lake, passed away at the age of 48 years. He is survived by his loving wife of 8 years, Denise; his daughter, Elizabeth Smitten; sister, Dawn Cardinal (Tony); step-sister, Dana Glanville; niece, Alyss (Kelly); nephew, Riley; grandchildren, Jules & Randall; aunts, Marie, Theresa (Henry), Kay (Randy) & Brenda; as well as other numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews & grandchildren. Elmer was predeceased by his parents, Gordon Hitchen & Adeline O. Cardinal; brother, Camron Cardinal; grandfather, Jules Half; aunts, Sarah Jackson & Anne Louise Jackson; uncles, Ernest Jackson & Leonard Houle. A Wake will be held on Thursday, February 2 at Goodfish Lake Cultural Centre, Goodfish Lake (leaving Grace Gardens at 1:00 p.m.) A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, February 3 at 11:00 a.m. at Goodfish Lake Cultural Centre, Goodfish Lake. I am so shocked to hear about Elmer’s passing. I was hoping to see him at our 1986 30th high school reunion this past summer but alas that didn’t happen.
