Rest in peace my long time friend and neighbor Eileen. I am so shocked to hear of your passing. We had many happy days and laughs as childhood friends. You were a good friend to me for many years. You will be missed by many but never forgotten. My deepest sympathy to your family.

So very sorry to hear of Eileen’s passing. She was taken much too early. I recall how brilliant Eileen was in school; she was smart, athletic and very pretty. She was the first person I met in Grade 1. I remember that she wore a royal blue dress on the first day of school. I was a little anxious, and grateful when she smiled at me.

Our deepest sympathy to Leonard and Shannon and the McCool family. May you find comfort in your happy memories of Eileen.

From: Kim McCool
Relation: Sister-in-law

Eileen always called it as she saw it. She was honest and a straight shooter. She was always good and kind, and she could always see the better side in everyone. Eileen did not understand vindicticeness. It wasn’t how she rolled. Shannon, your mother was representative of the good in this world. In your sad days ahead, please hold on to that. Eileen was a caring sister. Bobby often would talk about fun times with Eileen growing up. Playing ‘Grampa’s pants’ was a huge hit for him! I personally will not forget the lovely letter Eileen wrote to Bobby on the occasion of his 40th birthday…..it was so personal and heartfelt. All the good memories of she and him as children. That letter is and will be a treasure forever!……May God level the road for your soul, Eileen. ….Ar dheis De go raibh a hanam.

My deepest sympathy to Eileen’s family. I was saddened to hear of your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you during this time.

Although it’s difficult today to see beyond the sorrow,
May looking back in memory help comfort you tomorrow.
