Obituary
On November 10, 2020, Mr. Edouard Amyotte of St. Paul, formerly of Mallaig, passed away at the age of 91 years. He is survived by his loving wife of 69 years, Germaine; children, Real (Irene), Marie-Anne (George) Mahe, Bernard (Shirley), Robert (Sue), Roland (Sue), Joanne (Denis) Lamoureux, Jerome (Therese), Collette (Chris) Jarbeau & Alfred; 25 grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren; 3 brothers & 1 sister, Phil (Mariette), Emile (Jeanine), Edna Amyotte & Raymond (Maria); 4 sisters-in-law, Annette, Therese, Louise & Laurette; numerous nieces & nephews. Mr. Amyotte was predeceased by his parents, Oscar & Dianna Amyotte; siblings, Paul (Laurette), Germaine (Phil) Doucet, Armand (Jeannette), Lucien (Julie), Leo, Adelard, Rene & Hector. A Private Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Paul Cathedral, St. Paul. Reverend Father Gerard Gauthier will be the celebrant with interment in St. Jean de Brebeuf Roman Catholic Cemetery, Mallaig.
