Obituary
On May 6, 2018, Mr. Edward Sydora of St. Paul passed away at the age of 72 years. He is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Valerie; 3 daughters & 1 son, Cindy (Alain) Joly of Spruce Grove, Rick (Tammy) of St. Brides, Tracy (Perry) Lyttle of Spruce Grove & Cathy (Terry) Laing of St. Paul; 12 grandchildren, Danielle (Ryan) Quinn, Cateline, Nicolas, Samantha (Kolby) Hatch, Dean, Jeffry (Lena), Brett, Hailey, Brandon, Mathew, Christopher & Tyler; 3 great-grandchildren, Kimberly, Garrick, Bria & Baby Jay on the way; 3 sisters, & 5 brothers, Delores (John), Elizabeth (Henry), Johnny (Audrey), Anne (Steve), Michael, Andy, Jerry (Pat) & Donny (Maureen);mother-in-law, Mary Jacura; numerous nieces, nephews, in-laws & extended family. He was predeceased by his parents, Harry & Stella; father-in-law, Mike Jacura; 2 brothers, Delmar & Larry; special cousin, Bill Popowich; & uncle John Hynek. Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, May 10 at 11:00 a.m. at Grace Gardens Funeral Chapel, St. Paul. Very Reverend Father Don Bodnar will be officiating, with interment in Union Cemetery, St. Paul. Special thank-you to Darrell for his support. Thoughts and prayers to Val and family at this difficult time. We will be unable to attend the services but will be thinking and praying for you. I learned so much from Ed. From how to be a mechanic to learning how to pull a calf, to running farm machinery. Lots of lessons learned and lots of laughs and great memories made in between! He will be missed.
