Obituary
It is with great sadness that we, the family of Edward Pchelnyk, announce his passing on October 21, 2017 at the age of 83 years. He passed away peacefully in his home with his family by his side. He is survived by his loving wife, Rose of 57 years; 4 daughters, Grace Mercier (Rollie Poitras), Colleen (Dean) Kitt, Carol Pchelnyk (Cliff Long) & Sheila Pchelnyk; 8 grandchildren, Amber, Tenille (Landon), Taylor, Courtney (Chris), Jason, Teague (Carrie), Charli & Addy; 5 great-grandchildren, Lachlan, London, Easton, Piercen & Brinley; 2 brothers, Walter (Adella) & Matt; 3 sisters, Lucy (Colin) Robertson, Ollie (Jim) Stewart & Zina Wolff; 1 special nephew, Wesley (Anne) Pchelnyk; numerous other nieces & nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, John & Anna; 2 brothers, Sandy & John; brother-in-law, Jim Wolff. Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, October 28 at 11:00 a.m. at Grace Gardens Funeral Chapel, St. Paul. Pastor Kelly Sibley will be officiating. Cremation to follow. If desired, donations may be made to Haying in the 30’s – Cancer Support Society or Cross Cancer Institute c/o 5626 – 51 Street, St. Paul, AB T0A 3A1.
