On April 3, 2021, Mrs. Donna Houle of Saddle Lake passed away at the age of 64 years. She is survived by her children, Monica, Micheal (Amanda), Anna (Nathan) Bull, Michelle (Joey) Cardinal, Desiree Hunter, Cody Hunter & Chepyren Berland; grandchildren, Nicholas Houle, Tatum Houle, Tehya Houle, Tyris Houle, Tiana Houle, Brookelynn Hunter, Kalani Hunter, Sean Bull, Juliet Bull, Tanesha Hunter, Myatt Hunter, Taylor Hunter, Talon Cardinal, Talia Cardinal, Sequoia Hunter, Jazzlynn Youngchief, Donna Youngchief, Kali Lewis, Calista Hunter, Chanice Hunter, Tayvin Hunter, Tanaya Hunter, Tristan Hunter & Treyton Hunter; great-grandchildren (chapans), Joseph Hunter Houle, Alexzander Moses, Patrick Houle & Theo Hunter Gadwa; siblings, Linda (Willy) Krupnik, Jennifer (Tony) Paglia, Ken (Hazel) Steinhauer, Jeremie (Rosie) Houle, Jo-anne Maaka (Dennis Jackson) & Charlene (Julian) Houle-White; sisters-in-law, Lorraine Houle & Virginia Dudoward; adopted sisters & traditional family; numerous nieces, nephews, extended family & friends. Donna was predeceased by her granddaughter, Chanice Houle; grandson, Jade Houle; father, Joe Houle; mother, Roseanna Houle (nee Cardinal); step-mother, Tomasa Houle; brothers, Eugene Houle & Adrian Houle; sister-in-law, Alma Marten; grandparents, Jonas (Kassie) Cardinal, Zacheous Stamp, Thomas (Amelia) Houle. My sincere sympathies to Donnas family. I knew Donna since high school, in St Paul. She was in my brother & my husbands class, and was a year ahead of me. No matter when or where’d I’d see Donna she was always so happy to see me, and we would catch up with whatever was happening in our lives. I last saw her in Sobeys, about a year ago. We were already in lock down, for COVID and were masked up. When we were saying goodbye, she said “to hell with the rules, we’re hugging! “ We gave each other the biggest hug, never to know that would be the last time I would see her. She so missed her granddaughter, and is now reunited with her for eternity. Rest In Peace, Donna. You were such a good person. 🙏✌🏼♥️😢
