Obituary
On March 11, 2018, David Fitzpatrick of St. Paul passed away at the age of 48 years. Beloved son of Stephen & Kathleen Fitzpatrick, Dave was born in Victoria, BC and grew up in Princeton, BC. He is also survived by his son, Grayson; brother, Mike; sister, Andrea; numerous aunts, uncles & cousins. Dave spent his career in Public Service as a conservation officer, fish & wildlife officer, sheriff & peace officer throughout Saskatchewan & Alberta. At Dave’s request, no funeral service will be held. Cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Canadian Cancer Society c/o 5626 – 51 Street, St. Paul, AB T0A 3A1. I just wanted express my sincere condolences to Dave’s family. Although I hadn’t seen Dave in a while, I remember him as an upbeat, positive guy. He always had a smile and willingness to stop and chat. And I know he was courageous in how he faced this last battle. I know his son Grayson will carry his Dad in his heart forever and will one day tell his children all about his Dad.

My condolences to the family. I remember babysitting the kids. They thought I was mean sometimes but their dad was my Art teacher so I had to make sure everything was perfect. I only wish good memories to be remembered because that is how we survive, sad occasions and losses such as this.
