Obituary
On July 20, 2019, Miss Cyla Dawn Schoneck of Edmonton passed away at the age of 44 years. Despite all the odds stacked against her, she made the most of every moment she had and never gave up. She is survived by her beloved pet, Oscar; mother, Carrie Laurie; grandmother, Laurette Laurie; sister, Christy Schoneck (Brian Brooks); niece, Charlee Schoneck; nephew, Sean Schoneck; special friend, Brian McLaren; numerous relatives, friends & caregivers. Cyla was predeceased by her grandparents, Pat & Clarence Schoneck and Angus Laurie. A Graveside Service will be held Saturday, July 27 at 12:00 p.m. at Fork Lake Cemetery, Rich Lake with Mrs. Marlene Plaquin officiating. Cyla’s family will be arranging a Celebration of Life to be held in Edmonton near the end of August.
