On August 9, 2018, Connor Jaron Cardinal of Frog Lake passed away at the age of 9 years. He is survived by his loving parents, Melvin & Alycia; siblings, Cassidy Jennifer, Carlos Jerome, Courtney Jade, Caedin Joshua, Chad Jason, Chase Jacob & Camira Jaycee; kokom, Rose Irene Stanley; chapan, John Joseph Fryingpan; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins & relatives. Connor was predeceased by his paternal grandfather, Melvin Cardinal; maternal grandparents, Sheila & John Sakebow; paternal great-grandparents, Annie Stanley Sr., Bill Peechow, John Peter & Maryanne Cardinal; maternal great-grandparents, Isabelle & Joe Bearboy, Marieanne Bear & Tom Sakebow; paternal uncle, John Cardinal; maternal uncle, Shawn Bearboy; paternal aunt, Stephanie Cardinal; maternal aunt, Skylynn Sakebow. A Wake will be held on Tuesday (leaving Grace Gardens at 12:00 p.m.) & Wednesday, August 14 & 15 at Frog Lake Band Hall, Frog Lake. Traditional Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, August 16 at 11:00 a.m. at Frog Lake Band Hall, Frog Lake with interment in Clearwater Lake Cemetery, Frog Lake.
