Obituary
On October 5, 2013, Mr. Charles (Charlie) Carrier of St. Paul passed away at the age of 87 years. He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Josie; 5 sons & 1 daughter, Paul (Cheryl) of Red Deer, Louis (Darlene) of Vermilion, Henry (Joan) of Slave Lake, Raymond (Sylvia) of Smithers, B.C., Ronald of St. Paul & Carolyn (Blair) Yacey of St. Paul; 16 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren & twins on the way; 2 brothers & 2 sisters, Leo (Margaret) & Marcel (Julie) both of Vancouver, B.C., Therese Breland of St. Paul & Alice (Werner) Mattuas of Sechelt, B.C.; numerous nieces & nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, Emile & Anna; 4 brothers, Arthur, Albert, Ernest & Roger. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, October 11 at 2:00 p.m. at St. Paul’s Cathedral, St. Paul. Reverend Father Gerard Gauthier will be the celebrant, with interment in St. Joseph’s Cemetery, St. Paul. If desired, donations may be made to Haying in the 30's (Cancer Support Society) c/o 5626 – 51 Street, St. Paul, AB T0A 3A1.
