On September 15, 2020, Mrs. Cecile Richard of St. Paul passed away at the age of 89 years. She is survived by 3 children, Albert (Sandra), Maurice (Janelle) & Renee (Richard) Toenjes; 6 grandchildren, Daniel, Dorielle (Barry), Alec, Kurt (Deidre), Reed & Frazer; 5 great-grandchildren, Abby, Zander, Priya, Konnor & Lukas; sister, Margaret (Roger) Nadeau; sisters-in-law, Alma Berlinguette & Grace Richard; brother-in-law, Conrad (Suzanne). Mrs. Richard was predeceased by her husband, Laurent; parents, Felix & Ruth Anna Berlinguette; son, Jean; daughter, Diane; in-laws, Arthur & Antoinette; daughter-in-law, Dallas Richard; brothers & sisters, Edna (Albert) Tremblay, Joseph (Anne), Victor (Milda), Paul (Simone), Omer, Theresa (Roger) Fournier, Jean (Pearl), Laurier (Anne) & Jacques (Irene). A Private Immediate Family Service will be held at St. Paul Cathedral, St. Paul. Reverend Father Gerard Gauthier will be the celebrant, with interment in St. Paul Roman Catholic Cemetery, St. Paul.
