Obituary
On April 1, 2017, Mrs. Catherine Labouski of Edmonton passed away at the age of 91 years. She is survived by her loving husband of 58 years, Alexander; son, Marvin of Edmonton; 2 daughters, Lorraine (Paul) Phillips of Edmonton & Mary-Ann (Conrad) Martin of Sherwood Park; 4 granddogs; numerous nieces & nephews. She was predeceased by her parents, Peter & Nancy Wynnyk; 5 brothers; & 2 sisters. A Divine Liturgy & Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, April 6 at 11:00 a.m. at Holy Eucharist Ukrainian Catholic Church, Stry. Very Reverend Don Bodnar will be the celebrant, with interment in the church cemetery. If desired, donations may be made to Wildlife Rehabilitation Society of Edmonton or Second Chance Animal Rescue Society (SCARS) c/o 5626 – 51 Street, St. Paul, AB T0A 3A1.
