October 4, 1984 - August 30, 2020


On August 30, 2020, Bradley Fodchuk of Edmonton, formerly of St. Paul, passed away peacefully due to complications relating to Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, at the age of 35 years. He will be dearly missed & lovingly remembered by his parents, Roman & Jeannine; 2 brothers, Amos (Katy) & Kyle (Joanne); nieces & nephews, Ansel, Evelyn, Elsa, Emmett & Eli; numerous dear friends, caregivers, aunts, uncles, cousins & his community of residents & caregivers at Capital Care Norwood. Bradley was predeceased by his brother, Dylan; grandparents, Annie & John Fodchuk and Jeanne & Charles Hamel. A Celebration of Bradley’s Life will be held once the dust storm of Covid settles down.
