On July 12, 2017, Mr. Bob Abbott of Elk Point passed away at the age of 69 years. He is survived by his loving daughter, Darci (Jason Maddock) of Elk Point; 2 grandchildren, Kenny & Camryn Maddock; & sister, Dorothy (Allen) Johnson of Amisk. He was predeceased by his son, Kenny Abbott. Cremation has taken place, with a private memorial to be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Elk Point Hospital (cheque payable to Alberta Health Services – Acute Care) c/o 5626 – 51 Street, St. Paul, AB T0A 3A1.
