Obituary
On September 8, 2014, Mr. Bernie O’Neill of St. Paul passed away at the age of 71 years. He is survived by his loving wife of 35 years, Linda; 2 daughters & 2 sons, Shelley (Shawn) Comfort of St. Paul, Dave (Angelina) of Spruce View, Tammy (Chris) of Edmonton & Tim (Cherisse) of St. Paul; 9 grandchildren; 2 brothers & 2 sisters, Pat (Sheila) of St. Paul, Marge (Stan) Owerko of Calgary, Liz (Don) Sawchuk of Surrey, BC & Thomas of Calgary; numerous nieces, nephews, aunts & uncles. He was predeceased by his parents, Patrick & Lena. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, September 15 at 3:00 p.m. at St. Paul Cathedral, St. Paul. Reverend Father Gerard Gauthier will be the celebrant, with interment in St. Joseph’s Cemetery, St. Paul. Bernie was a good guy. He looked out for me when often others didn’t. I have many great memories but formost in my mind are the laughs and good conversation in Baba’s camper at the farm. I’m very sorry for your loss. I know he is cracking jokes in comfort now. He will be missed.
