Obituary
On May 6, 2022, Rebecca Ann Burgess of St. Paul passed away at the age of 36 years. She is survived by her loving husband of 10 years, Bobby; daughter, Jordynn; son, Cohen; loving parents, Terry & Terri Yaceyko; siblings, Angie (Ryan) Potts & their children, Ethan & Brielle, Paul (Kim) Yaceyko & their children, Alec & Faron, Jessica Yaceyko (Dylan Preston) & their child, Kash; Gido, Metro Yaceyko; father- & mother-in-law, Robert & Sharon Burgess; sister-in-law, Katherine Burgess; numerous aunts, uncles & cousins. Becky was predeceased by her Gido & Baba, John & Mary Wanchuk; & Baba, Sophie Yaceyko. A Celebration of Becky’s Life will be held on Saturday, June 4 at 11:00 a.m. at Stry 75th Anniversary Hall, Stry with Reverend Father Peter Haugen officiating. Cremation has taken place with inurnment to be held at later date in Holy Eucharist Ukrainian Catholic Cemetery, Stry. A recording of the service will be made available after the service by clicking the Live Service tab above. In honor of Becky, the family has requested to please wear pink, purple or bright colours and those in emergency services are encouraged to wear their uniforms in respect of Becky’s EMS service. Relation: Terri, Becky's mom is my second cousin.
Words are hard to come by but tears say it all. It’s not supposed to happen this way. Michelle and I offer our sincere condolences. May your memories be eternal and Becky’s influence be forever remembered.

Relation: Bobby is a relative of my husband (Henry) (Deceased in 2010)
My son Gordon and I met Becky the day she married Bobby. She was a beautiful bride, and I thought then that Becky was someone very special, that Bobby chose that day to
marry. Becky was here on earth for too short of time. But she brought much
happiness being a wife, friend and Mother to two children.
Our prayers are with the loved ones that are missing her. Becky
will be missed by many.
