Obituary
On July 21, 2014, Arthur Mykyte of Westlock, formerly of Weasel Creek/Thorhild, passed away at the age of 76 years. He is survived by his loving wife, Maureen; 3 sons, Dale (Debbie) of Houston, Texas, Kim (Marlene) of Weasel Creek/Waskatenau & Gary (Philine) of Thorhild; grandchildren, Dustin, Alex (Tara), Candice (Kevin), Christy-Ann (Rhys), Courtney (Ryan), Kyle (Jessica) Stephen (Kaitlin), Johanna, Sean & Blake; 5 great-grandchildren, Emily, Cole, Abby, Taylor & Parker; brothers, Ernie (Dianne) of Osoyoos, B.C. & Larry (Ruth) of Redwater; numerous nieces & nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, Sandy & Nancy; sister, Madeline; brother, John. A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, July 28 at 11:00 a.m. at Thorhild Community Centre, Thorhild. Reverend Father Peter Haugen will be officiating. In lieu of other tributes, donations may be made to Northern Alberta Kidney Foundation c/o 5626 – 51 Street, St. Paul, AB T0A 3A1.
