From: Two Crow (aka Jim Schumacher)
Relation: Beloved sundance sister

Annette, I know your spirit is soaring with the angles. I will miss dancing with you around the medicine pole, laughing between rounds and doing our best to ease our old age pains. You were a warrior and I am honored to have known you. Nelson my prayers are with you. Love Two Crow

From: Double Wolf Woman - Loretta MacKinnon
Relation: Sundance Sister

We were truly blessed to have known you Annette and I thank you for the laughter and teachings you freely shared. I am especially grateful for the spiritual doctoring that you offered us women in the sweatlodge during that particularly hot year of Sundance. You served Creator well while you were here, and now you’ve travelled the distance between the earth and the sky. You are now a spirit guide that I will call upon for guidance and strength during my daily walk and during Sundance. To the family, I’m sorry for your loss, if you need anything, I’m here for you.
