On December 27, 2014, Mrs. Anne Chimko of St. Paul, passed away at the age of 95 years. She is survived by her son, Michael (Oksana); 3 daughters, Mary Victoor, Stella Ozga, & Grace (Eugene) Zapisocki; son-in-law, Steve Syroid; 16 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; 2 brothers, Walter (Arlene) Karpyshyn & Metro (Lil) Karpyshyn; 5 sisters, Rose Kozak, Agnes Dytiuk, Irene (Kelly) Orstad, Stella (Nick) Muzyka & Katie Stratichuk; sister-in-law, Helen Karpyshyn; numerous nieces & nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Mike; daughter, Olga; grandson, Bill Syroid; sons-in-law, Walter Victoor & Louis Ozga; parents, Alex & Pearl; brothers, Mike & Harry; sister, Mary. A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, January 3 at 10:30 a.m. at Protection of the Blessed Virgin Mary Ukrainian Catholic Church, St. Paul. Reverend Father Mark Sych will be the celebrant, with interment in Protection of the Blessed Virgin Mary Ukrainian Catholic Cemetery, St. Paul. If desired, donations may be made to Protection of the Blessed Virgin Mary Ukrainian Catholic Church c/o 5626 – 51 Street, St. Paul, AB T0A 3A1.
