Obituary
On January 17, 2018, Mrs. Ann Margaret Landiak of St. Paul passed away at the age of 84 years. She is survived by her loving husband of 51 years, Harry; son, Jim; daughter, Susan (Ross); 2 grandchildren, Danika & Nikolas; numerous nieces, nephews, sisters & brothers-in-law. Ann was predeceased by her parents, John & Lillian Moric; brothers, John Moric & Gaspar Moric; sister, Sister Agnes Marie Moric. A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, January 25 at 11:00 a.m. at Grace Gardens Funeral Chapel, St. Paul. Pastor Kelly Sibley will be officiating, with inurnment at a later date. Cremation has taken place. If desired, donations may be made to the Ashmont Fire Department c/o 5626 – 51 Street, St. Paul, AB T0A 3A1. Dear Uncle Harry, Cousin Susan and Jim and the entire Landiak family and extended family;
I have been thinking of Auntie Ann a lot since hearing the very sad news. I have so many wonderful memories of “the farm” and how you had to sit down and eat something right away upon coming through the door, no matter what time it was, Joerg has commented on how he was welcomed to the family right from the very beginning and how he thinks of my family like his real family. I will miss her garden, her sometimes off color comments LOL, and being chased with a fly swatter or wooden spoon when we were bad as kids. I know she is in heaven and I am sure when we look at all the pictures she so loving took of us all growing up she will be there beside us in spirit.
Saddened we cannot attend in person this Thursday, but we will be out later this Spring to show our respects. Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time
