Obituary
On September 3, 2019 Mr. Alfred Bruvold of St. Paul passed away at the age of 81 years. He is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Linda; 2 daughters & 2 sons, Luann (Gordon), Freddy (Brenda), Micheal & Joanne; 9 grandchildren, Andrew, Laura, Matthew, Joshua, Kelsey, Nicole, Travis, Shannon & Tamara; 1 great-granddaughter, Kaydence; siblings, Melvin (Shirley), Irene, Ed (Sharon), Howard (Bev) & Marjorie; sister-in-law, Dorreen; numerous nieces & nephews. Alfred was predeceased by his parents, Bennie & Mabel; infant son, Norman; son, Russel; granddaughter, Jessica; brothers, Delbert (Helen) & Cliff (1st wife, Betty); brothers-in-law, Barry & Herbie. Alfred’s family will be hosting a Celebration of Life on Saturday, September 7th at 1:00 pm at the Lions Den (5133 – 55 Ave.), St. Paul. Cremation has taken place, with inurnment near Purdue, SK at a later date. If desired, donations may be made to Haying in the 30s (Cancer Support Society) or a charity of one’s choice c/o 5626 – 51 Street, St. Paul, AB T0A 3A1. I am sorry to hear of Alf’s passing. Deepest sympathy to Linda, Freddie, Michael and the Bruvold family. I remember Alf always finding time to take the boys fishing and bringing us friends along too.
