Obituary
On December 25, 2019, Mr. Alec Barabash of Vilna passed away at the age of 78 years. He is survived by 1 brother, Steve (Del) of Sherwood Park; 3 sisters, Stella Bulka of Edmonton, Ann Babee & Eva (Ed) Romaniuk both of Vilna; numerous nieces & nephews. Alec was predeceased by his father, Jack; mother, Frances; 3 brothers, Metro, Harry & Mike; 2 sisters, Mary Pukish & Kate Diakiw. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, January 3, 2020 at 10:30 a.m. at Vilna Cultural Centre, Vilna. Very Reverend Father Don Bodnar will be officiating, with interment in Descent of the Holy Spirit Ukrainian Catholic Cemetery, Vilna.
