William "Bill" Fox

The family of William “Bill” Wilbert Fox of Elk Point, Alberta, sadly announce his passing on January 16, 2026 at the age of 88 years. He passed peacefully at the Elk Point Hospital with his family by his side. He is survived by his sister, Gail (Mel Delaney); brothers, Martin, Norris (Betty), Brian (Uta), David (Linda), Greg (Rosemarie), Eric (Barb) & Rob (Louise); as well as numerous nieces & nephews. He was predeceased by his wife, Myrna; parents, Wilbert & Eva; & brother, Alan. A special thank you to the doctors & staff at the Elk Point Hospital for the care & compassion shown to Bill & his family. Also to Stephanie & the staff at the Elk Point Heritage Lodge, their care & kindness to Bill over the past few years was very much appreciated.

A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, January 24 at 11:00 a.m. at Eastbourne Community Hall, Eastbourne. Reverend Stephen Sparks will be officiating with interment in the Rife & District Cemetery, Rife.
