On May 18, 2012, Mr. William Halfe of Saddle Lake passed away at the age of 66 years. He is survived by his loving wife, Eleanor Halfe; 3 sons & 2 daughters, Darryl (Mona) McDonald, Bill Halfe Jr., Blair (Carla) Halfe, Jody-Ann Halfe (Morris Monias) & Bobbie-Jean Arcand; grandchildren, Daris, Dentin, Kona, Kristian, Mahikan, Kenai, Ashleigh, Delvin & Desirae; great-grandchild, Carmyne; mother, Madeline Moyah; mother of Williams children, Shirley Halfe; adopted children, David & Dennis Janvier, Buddy & Samuel McGilvery, & Kevin Buck; 2 sisters, Nancy Waskewitch & Louise (Peter) Half Butt; numerous nieces & nephews. He was predeceased by his father, Adolphus Half; & brother, Peter Half. A Wake waill be held on Monday, May 21 at William Halfe Residence, Saddle Lake, & Tuesday, May 22 at Ayiwakes Cultural Centre, Saddle Lake. A Traditional Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, May 23 at 11:00 a.m. at Ayiwakes Cultural Centre, Saddle Lake.
