Tessa Sakowsky

On February 5, 2026, Tessa Lynn Sakowsky of Derwent, Alberta passed away at the age of 44 years. She is survived by her loving sons, Chayse and Linkoln Pankiw; the father of her children, Jay Pankiw; parents, Annette & Ken Sakowsky; brother, Kyle (Brandi) Sakowsky; sister, Krisean (Aaron) Aarbo; biological siblings, Raymond Davis, Kaylie Steinley & Teagan Davis; mother- and father-in-law, David & Bernadette Pankiw; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces & nephews. Tessa was predeceased by her sister in infancy, Cori; grandparents, Horace & Emma Osinchuk; Baba and Gido, Anne & John Sakowsky; uncle, Joe Sakowsky; aunts, Marilyn Sakowsky & Olga (John) Tulodziecki.  A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, February 17 at 11:00 a.m. at Elk Point Seniors Centre (Pioneer Circle) led by Michael, Trish & Jayde.
