Teresa Schell

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Teresa Elizabeth Schell, who passed away peacefully on August 21, 2026, at the Royal Alexandra Hospital, with both of her children, Matt Schell & Nicki Campbell, by her side.

Teresa lived in Elk Point, Alberta, where she was an active and loved member of her community. She had a way of making friends wherever she went and was always the light of the party. Teresa was never one to sit still for long—she was always ready for the next adventure, surrounded by the people she loved.

She enjoyed many things throughout her life, including bingo, going out with friends, knitting and crafting. She was a die-hard Edmonton Oilers fan and proudly cheered them on. One of Teresa's greatest passions was showing miniature horses. She dedicated countless hours to them and was incredibly proud of the champions she raised and showed.

Teresa's greatest joy was her family. She will be deeply missed by her children, Matt Schell & Nicki Campbell; grandchildren, Jordan Schell, Dylan Schell, Brandon Schell, Jaxon Schell & Caleb Campbell; & great-grandchild, Cecelia Schell.

Teresa leaves behind a lifetime of memories, laughter, friendships, adventures, and love. Her warmth and unforgettable personality touched so many lives, and her absence will be felt deeply by her family, friends, and the community she loved.

Mom, you will be missed more than words can ever express. Your laughter, your spirit, your love, and the light you brought wherever you went will stay with us forever.

Cremation has taken place, and the family will hosting a Celebration of Teresa’s Life at a later date.
