On January 31, 2026 ,Tavia Chief of Frog Lake, Alberta passed away at the age of 41 years.  She is survived by her father, Laverne (Donnette) Faithful; mother, Eugenia Chief; siblings, Gail, Charity, Kaylin, Lyle, Jordan, Eric, Anthony & Noah; nieces & nephews, Kash, Ameera, Akura, Leah, Christine, Maleah, William & Keenan; paternal grandparents, Samuel & Marilyn Faithful; maternal grandparents, Freda Chief, Adam Chief, Angus Chief, Wesley Lewis, Henry (Alma) Smith & Hubert (Candace) Smith; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins & friends. Tavia was predeceased by her paternal grandparents, George & Philomene Faithful; maternal grandparents, Bernadette Smith & John Chief; aunts & uncles, Rodney Belly, Hubert Belly, Viola Faithful, Myron Lewis, Cora Lewis & Mona Lewis; brother, Kemowon Faithful; nephew, Little Rock.  A Wake will be held on Sunday, February 8 (Leaving Grace Gardens at 1:00 p.m.) & Monday, February 9 at Norman C. Quinney Careers Centre, Frog Lake. A Traditional Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, February 10 at 11:00 a.m. at Norman C.
