Tanya Houle

On September 3, 2011, Tanya Houle of Goodfish Lake passed away at the age of 29 years. She is survived by her loving companion, Greg Hunter; son, Carter Hunter of Goodfish Lake; 2 step-sons, Greg Hunter Jr. of Goodfish Lake & Corbin Parranto of Victoria, B.C.; parents, Marilyn Houle-Cardinal & Leslie Cardinal; 5 sisters & 2 brothers, Tina (Corwin Delver) of Saddle Lake, Leanne (Leroy Halfe), Wanda, Marissa, Patrick, Amber & Dennis all of Goodfish Lake; 11 nieces & nephews; grandmothers, Jennie Cardinal & Mary Jane Houle of Goodfish Lake; numerous aunties, uncles & cousins. She was predeceased by her grandfathers, Frank Cardinal & Alex Houle; grandmother, Dorothy Cardinal; great-aunt, Martha Whitford; great-uncle, John Kenneth Whitford; auntie, Rema Chief; uncle, Francis Bull; 2 cousins, Chad Cardinal & Ricky Jackson. A Wake will be held on Wednesday & Thursday, September 7 & 8 at Goodfish Lake Cultural Centre, Goodfish Lake. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, September 9 at 11:00 a.m. at Goodfish Lake Cultural Centre, Goodfish Lake.
