On August 15, 2012, Sheila Coulter passed away peacefully with family at her bedside. Sheila was born May 11, 1959 in Mannville, Alberta. She will be mourned and greatly missed by her loving husband, Jerry Cramer; son, Douglas Coulter; parents, Gerald & Betsy Coulter; 2 brothers, Byron (Carol) Coulter & Lionel Coulter; sister, Moira (Serge) Stelmack; niece, Yvaine; & nephew, Xaven. A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, August 22 at 11:00 a.m. at Wellington Park Community Hall, 13440 – 132 St., Edmonton, Alberta. Cremation has taken place.
