On April 19, 2026, Savannah Marcy Rose Cardinal of Calgary, Alberta, formerly of Saddle Lake, Alberta passed away at the age of 25 years. She is survived by her fur baby, Creedance; mother, Nadine Cardinal; father, Steven Large; siblings, Donovan Large (Jasmine Scanie), Cheyenne Large, Veronica Cardinal, Nikki Cardinal, Daryl Cardinal, Tavis Large & Rave Cardinal; aunts, Debbie Buffalo, Renee (Nick) Goreas, Donita Large (Keith), Trish Cardinal, Trina Cardinal & Brenda Dion; uncles, Jamie Cardinal & Melvin Redcrow; grandparents, Frank & Florence Large, and June Cardinal; numerous cousins, nieces & nephews. Savannah was predeceased by her grandmother, Marcella Large; uncles, Frank Large Jr., Richard Goodeye, Jason Cardinal & Denny Dion; aunt, Teresa Large; baby sister in infancy; numerous other aunts, uncles & relatives. Wake will be held on Monday & Tuesday, April 27 & 28 at Ayiwakes Cultural Centre, Saddle Lake (leaving Grace Gardens at 11:00 a.m.). Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, April 29 at 11:00 a.m. at Ayiwakes Cultural Centre, Saddle Lake. Reverend Father Emmanuel Omeohanna will be officiating with interment in Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Cemetery, Saddle Lake.
