Olivine Wood

On July 10, 2026, Olivine Wood of Saddle Lake, Alberta passed away at the age of 67 years. She is survived by her daughter, Crystal Amber; grandson, Wiser; numerous other grandchildren; siblings, Jean, Dorothy (Joe) Richards, Claude (Debbie), Steve (Hilda), Earl (Laura) & Randy (Jetta); numerous nieces & nephews. Olivine was predeceased by her parents, Alex & Elsie; brother, Charlie; sister, Joyce Half; uncles, Charlie, Norman (Sophie) & Jerome; auntie, Elizabeth (Charles) Cardinal; daughters, Twyla & Quintella & their father, Gus Anderson; numerous cousins. A Wake will be held on Tuesday, July 21 at Ayiwakes Cultural Centre, Saddle Lake (leaving Grace Gardens at 1:30 p.m.). A Traditional Service will be held on Wednesday, July 22 at 11:00 a.m. at Ayiwakes Cultural Centre led by Elder Alvina Steinhauer. Interment in Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Cemetery, Saddle Lake.
