Our family is deeply saddened to share the loss of Norman Albert Ward of Truman, Alberta, who passed away peacefully at home on December 28, 2025 at the amazing age of 101 years. He is survived by his children, Sandra Bodenchuk, Penny Labonté, Denise Ward & Mitchell (Tammy) Ward; step children, Laverne (Corine) Attfield, Wayne (Sheryl) Attfield, Eddy (Barbara) Attfield, Kelly Attfield (Charron) & Kim (Rob) Walls; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren & great-great-grandchildren; sister, Hazel Martin; numerous nieces & nephews. Mr. Ward was predeceased by his first wife, Mary; son, Douglas; second wife, Darlene; step-daughter, Charlotte (Dave); step-granddaughter, Jenifer; parents, George & Flora; brothers, Wilfred & Melvin; sisters, Lema & Florence; sons-in-law, Randy Bodenchuk & Harry Dilney; grandsons-in-law, Salim Rahime, Kelly Kwiatkowski & James Knight; great-grandsons, Kyle Ward & Dayton Laramee; niece, Grace Pulliam; nephew Eddie Pulliam. A visitation of family & friends will be held on Friday, January 9, 2026 from 7-9:00 p.m. at Grace Gardens Funeral Chapel, St. Paul. A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, January 10 at 11:00 a.m. at Goodridge Jubilee Hall, Goodridge. Pastor Kelly Sibley will be officiating with interment in Fork Lake Cemetery, Rich Lake.
