On October 23, 2025, Mr. Neil “Andy” Andrew Whalen of Fishing Lake, Alberta, passed away at the age of 86 years. He is survived by his son, David Kaboff; sisters, Bernice Whalen & Loreen Tegart; brother, Darrell Whalen; numerous nieces & nephews. Andy was predeceased by his parents, Robert & Evangaline; sister, Victoria; brother, Bruce. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, November 1 at 1:00 p.m. at Grace Gardens Funeral Chapel, St. Paul. Cremation has taken place.
