Miles Hunter

On October 27, 2011, Mr. Miles Hunter of Goodfish Lake, passed away at the age of 80 years. He is survived by his loving wife, Caroline of 55 years; 1 son & 6 daughters, June Hunter of Goodfish Lake, Russel (Evelyn) Hunter of Goodfish Lake, Louise (Leonard) Hunter of Goodfish Lake, Myra (Ben) Houle of Goodfish Lake, Leona Hunter of Edmonton, Noella (Bradley) Sparklingeyes of Goodfish Lake, Lucille (Victor Breast) Hunter of Edmonton; 22 grandchildren, including granddaughter he raised, Kelly (Desmond Clarke) Hunter; 29 great-grandchildren; all of his godchildren; many foster children; numerous nieces & nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, Cleophus & Louisa; 3 brothers, Charlie, Sam & Wallace; 5 sisters, Gladys, Lillian, Mary, Marina & Charlotte; 1 grandson, Lenny Hunter. A Wake will be held on Sunday & Monday, October 30 & 31 at Goodfish Lake Cultural Centre, Goodfish Lake. A Program will be held on Tuesday, November 1 at 11:00 a.m. at Goodfish Lake Cultural Centre followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 1:00 p.m. at St. Mathias Roman Catholic Church, Goodfish Lake.
