Mary Hocaluk

On December 1, 2011, Mrs. Mary Hocaluk of Two Hills passed away at the age of 99 years. She is survived by her loving family: 1 son & 4 daughters, Art Hocaluk of Boyne Lake, Gladys Franchuk of Vegreville, Sylvia (Andy) Smoliak of Kelowna, B.C., Edna (Ed) Gurski of Beauvallon & Pat Hocaluk of Cochrane; 15 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; 5 great-great grandchildren; sister, Violet Sharpe of Vernon, B.C.; numerous nieces, nephews & cousins. She was predeceased by her husband, John in 1963; daughter, Jeanette in 1937; grandson, Jason in 1993; 2 brothers, John & James; sister, Eva. A Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, December 8 at 7:00 p.m. at Grace Gardens Funeral Chapel, St. Paul. Dr. Wendy Smoliak will be the celebrant. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, December 9 at 10:00 a.m. at Grace Gardens Funeral Chapel, St. Paul. Reverend Father Wasyl Sapiha officiating with interment in Farmers Independent Cemetery, Myrnam.
