Mark Cardinal

On July 11, 2026, Mark Arthur Peter Cardinal of Saddle Lake, Alberta  passed away at the age of 54 years. He is survived by his daughters, Kennedy (Emily) & Kassandra (Mason); siblings, Neva (Vince), Deanna (Wayne), Kevin, Naomi & Jonathan; adopted brother, Dennis Moosewah; adopted mom, Bunny Onepennees; kokom-mom, Jenny; cousins, Tracy & Glenda; aunties, Theresa, Anne, Elaine, Mona (Cal) & Dale; nieces, Josie-Leah & Isabella; nephew, Tate; special nephew, JoJo; special friend, Jackie; numerous cousins, nieces & nephews. Mark was predeceased by his loving parents, Ernie & Phyllis Cardinal; brother, Curtis; mosom, Joe P. Cardinal; kokom, Josephine Pasquayak; nephew, Brian.  A Wake will be held on Tuesday & Wednesday, July 14 & 15 at Resource Centre (Old Onchaminahos School Gym), Saddle Lake (leaving Grace Gardens at 4:00 p.m.). A Traditional Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, July 16 at 10:00 a.m. at Resource Centre (Old Onchaminahos School Gym) with interment in the Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Cemetery, Saddle Lake.
