On March 12, 2026, Marianne Gladue of Kikino Metis Settlement, Alberta passed away at the age of 72 years. She is survived by her daughter, Sheryl; grandchildren, Trish (Konrad), Patrick, Nadine (Patrick), Conrad, Kenny & Kelsey; great-grandchildren, Jeremy, Jacob, Kieran, Kaiden, Ava, Azayik, Azarius, Kendrick, Zander, Broden & Ariel; siblings, Ernest “Lumberjack” (Violet) Cardinal, Carl (Florence) Quinn, Raymond (Laura) Quinn & Reuben Quinn; special nieces, Louise (Jim) Adby & Valerie (Greg) Cardinal; special nephew, James Gladue; numerous other nieces & nephews. Marianne was predeceased by her parents, Jerry Quinn & Mary Ward (Fred Gladue); brothers, Floyd Quinn, Raymond Quinn, Pete Quinn, Albert Gladue, Mike Gladue & Alex Quinn; sisters, Sarah Cardinal, Bella Callingbull, Delphine Quinn, Ida Quinn & Katherine Wahsatnow; & all her other family in Enoch. The family would like to thank Lac La Biche Acute Care, University of Alberta Hospital & Misericordia Hospital. A Wake will be held on Tuesday, March 31 (leaving Grace Gardens at 1:00 p.m.) & Wednesday, April 1 at Kikino Community Hall, Kikino. A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, April 2 at 11:00 a.m. at Kikino Community Hall, Kikino. Pastor Linda Burns will be officiating with interment in Kikino Community Cemetery.
