Laura (Weinrich) Tkachuk

On April 28, 2026, Laura Tkachuk (née Weinrich) of St. Paul, Alberta passed away at the age of 75 years. She is survived by her children, Michael, Beverly (Jocelyn Germain) & Timothy; sisters, Mary (Victor) Desaulniers & Lorraine (Greg) Spurrell; brother, August Weinrich. Laura was predeceased by her husband, Glen; parents, August & Jennie Weinrich ; sisters, Dorothy Krumm, Ann Lee & Barbara Gauthier; brothers, George, Billy & Ernest; best friend, Kelly. A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, May 5 at 10:00 a.m. at All Saints Ukrainian Orthodox Church, St. Paul. Reverend Father Peter Haugen will be officiating with interment in Hondo Community Cemetery, Hondo. “Celebrate my death, no tears please. Be glad I’m gone to a better place”.
